You can log in to either of two portals:

  1. Marketplace (ACA Health Plans)
  2. Medicaid/CHIP

  1. Visit communityhealthchoice.org.
  2. Click on “My Account”.
  3. Choose Health Insurance Marketplace.
  4. On the login page, enter the username and password you used when registering.
  5. Click Login to access your account.

  1. Go to communityhealthchoice.org.
  2. Click “My Account” on the top right.
  3. Choose Medicaid/CHIP from the options.
  4. Enter your username and password.
