1. Texas STAR (Medicaid) Plan
- Children under 21 and pregnant women
- Must meet Texas Medicaid income requirements
- U.S. citizen or qualified immigrant living in the service area
2. Texas STAR+PLUS Plan
- Adults 65+ or those with a disability
- Must qualify for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Medicaid long-term services
- Must live in a STAR+PLUS service county
3. CHIP & CHIP-Perinate
- Children under 19 who don’t qualify for Medicaid
- Families with incomes too high for Medicaid but unable to afford private insurance
- Pregnant women may qualify for CHIP-Perinate for prenatal care
4. Health Insurance Marketplace Plans
- Open to anyone who applies through HealthCare.gov
- Subsidies available based on household income and size
