You can log in to either of two portals:
- Marketplace (ACA Health Plans)
- Medicaid/CHIP

- Visit communityhealthchoice.org.
- Click on “My Account”.
- Choose Health Insurance Marketplace.
- On the login page, enter the username and password you used when registering.
- Click Login to access your account.
